Enables platform owners to practice brokerage in the sale, purchase, and rental of real estate, conclude contracts between parties, and display real estate advertisements through technical integration services, in accordance with the standards specified by the General Authority for Real Estate (REGA).
Steps
- Register on the brokerage platform and complete the personal profile.
- Verify eligibility for obtaining the license.
- Fill in the necessary data and submit the application.
- Upon approval by the General Authority for Real Estate (REGA), the license fee will be paid and issued successfully.

Providing a page for receiving complaints and establishing a mechanism for processing them on the real estate platform seeking licensure.
